I’m Vanessa Flowers, the founder of this blossoming community and company!
In my 20s, I often felt alone—at work and in life. I was struggling with managing my PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), and it was affecting both my mental and physical well-being. Balancing my health while keeping up with work felt overwhelming, and I realized there weren’t many spaces where women could talk openly about these challenges.
That’s why I founded Flower Girls Meet (FGM or Flower Girls for short)—a space designed to help women feel seen, heard, and inspired no matter what they’re going through. Because you are worthy of care, connection, and community.
Through intentional conversations, wellness events, and shared experiences, FGM is here to remind you that you don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’re in this together.

OUR MISSION
At Flower Girls Meet, we cultivate space for authentic conversations about work, mental health, and wellness while empowering women with meaningful connections and the awareness that they are not alone in their struggles.
Through curated wellness events, expert-led discussions, and shared experiences, we help women rethink self-care, discover new ways to support their well-being, and build a community that uplifts and inspires.
We grow together by:
• Engaging in real conversations that break the silence about work, mental health, and personal well-being.
• Learning from experts and each other by partnering with mental health and wellness professionals to explore mindful ways to live and work.
• Building meaningful connections through events, discussions, and digital resources.
• Expanding our impact, in August 2023, Flower Girls Meet evolved into a digital platform, offering resources, articles, and insights to support your healing and health journey.
Beyond our community events, we also curate wellness experiences for companies looking to enhance their employees’ health, well-being, productivity, and retention. We are a growing community of Flower Girls, and every time we meet, we nurture ourselves and each other.
